All Izabel orders come with a one year warranty. We will repair or replace any item damaged in result of a manufacturing defect.

Izabel products are made to be worn on a daily basis, but do require some attention as they're made of precious metals and natural stones.

We suggest removing all jewelry before participating in any active sports, washing hands, using beauty + household products, and going into places with extreme heat or humidity.

As required, jewelry may be cleansed using our Izabel cleansing pen by following these steps:

-wet brush

-twist base until blue cleanser fills brush

-brush jewelry item

-rinse with warm water

-dry using our Izabel polishing cloth

We proudly source items using only 14k (solid) gold and natural (ethically sourced) diamonds. Our items go through strict quality control to ensure consumers end with the highest quality materials. Gift Cards can be purchased for as little as $100.00. The value of the card does not expire. The purchased card will be emailed to the address used upon checkout in the form of a unique gift card code. You will not be mailed a physical card.
