We offer complimentary standard shipping (3 - 5 business day delivery) on all U.S.* orders.

Express shipping (1 - 2 business day delivery) is available at checkout for a flat rate of $25.00.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receipt of the product.

-We will need an Order #, Item # and a brief description of the reason for return.

-A return form + shipping label will be provided to you once the request has been approved. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for this process to take place.

Please note - merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received in to receive a full refund. The item will need to be returned in its original packaging to avoid any harm during transit. The package will automatically be returned to the sender if these conditions are not met.

warranty & repairs

All Izabel orders come with a one year warranty. We will repair or replace any item damaged in result of a manufacturing defect.

If you encounter any manufacturing defect in your item, please use our contact form to initiate a return or repair. We will need an Order #, Item # and a brief description of the issue. A return label + instructions will be provided to you once the request has been approved. Items sent back to us without initiating a return will not be accepted.

jewelry care

Izabel products are made to be worn on a daily basis, but do require some attention as they're made of precious metals and natural stones.

We suggest removing all jewelry before participating in any active sports, washing hands, using beauty + household products, and going into places with extreme heat or humidity.

As required, jewelry may be cleansed using our Izabel cleansing pen by following these steps:

-wet brush

-twist base until blue cleanser fills brush

-brush jewelry item

-rinse with warm water

-dry using our Izabel polishing cloth

We proudly source items using only 14k (solid) gold and natural (ethically sourced) diamonds. Our items go through strict quality control to ensure consumers end with the highest quality materials. We are a firm believer in quality over quantity, as we'd like each Izabel piece (with proper care) to last you a lifetime.

gift cards

Gift Cards can be purchased for as little as $100.00. The value of the card does not expire. The purchased card will be emailed to the address used upon checkout in the form of a unique gift card code. You will not be mailed a physical card.

sizing

If you are unsure of your ring size, please follow these steps using a strip of paper, string or floss:

1. Wrap the item around the base of the finger

2. Mark where the ends meet

3. Measure to the nearest mm

4. Use our chart to determine your finger size
